I got Baptized today. It was going to be at Blue Hole, but the all of the rain and flooding pushed us into friend’s very nice, warm pool. I was surrounded by close friends and church family. And guess what? God was there too. One day I will tell the story of how I ended up hearing God after practicing closing my ears to him for so many years.

My Preacher, Bradley J. Helgerson from Church on the Square

Three and a half years ago, when I was still at the beginning of crawling out of my dark night of the soul, I had just been to a church service…

I will never understand the kind of person who claims to be pro-choice when it comes to abortion, because they believe in bodily autonomy, but then demonstrates that it’s not true when it comes to the government forcing people to wear masks. There is zero intellectual honesty or consistency to be found in this kind of person.

I’m pro-choice. I have been for my entire adult life. And though that comes with caveats (I don’t believe third trimester abortion should be legal, and I don’t believe abortion should be legal once the baby can survive outside of the womb —…

What can they take from you that you fear losing? Cast off your weights.

“You only have power over people as long as you don’t take everything away from them. But when you’ve robbed a man of everything, he’s no longer in your power — he’s free again.”

- Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn

Thank you, Maree Buscke, for reminding me of this quote. There is so much left that they can take, and yet, if you don’t fear losing it, their power over you diminishes. There is nothing they can take from me that I fear losing. …

On Leaving a Cult of Belief

Sometimes I get to sit and talk with long time progressives and liberals who are in the scary and slow transition period of waking up to the propaganda machine that is the Cathedral (Legacy Media, Big Social, Major Corporations, Academia, Deep State or if you prefer, the Political Elite in both parties). I say slow transition, though in some ways when you’re going through it, it can feel quite fast. I have talked with multiple people who were at BLM protests as recently as this past summer, only to find themselves embrassed to even say that just six months later.

On Giving Up Drinking

Today is my one year of sobriety and I feel so much better than a year ago. I watched a Jordan Peterson lecture once where he talked about sacrifice, and how life is about making sacrifices to achieve what we want out of it. How we each choose which sacrifices we are willing to make and which ones we aren’t. He said that if you stop and think about it something will immediately come to mind for each person, something you could choose to sacrifice that you think might help you become a better version of yourself over time. …

I’m voting for Trump because the Democratic Party is no longer liberal.

Hello, my name is Keri and I’m a liberal who is voting for Donald Trump.

A little background, I used to be a “Social Justice Warrior.” For 20 years I was a true believer, who preached this evil ideology, fully convinced that it was the way to end racism and sexism. It took me two decades to realize it IS racism. It IS sexism.

Before the 2016 election, I went down a rabbit hole of videos of Trump supporters being assaulted by people who were supposed to be on my side, who were supposed to be liberals and progressives. I…

An Explanation of the SJW Knitting Mobbing You’re About to Experience

You’re probably wondering how you ended up here.

There’s a mob of puritanical, authoritarian bullies in the online knitting world, who viciously attempt to spread their ideology via pile-ons of impotent rage at anyone who achieves any level of success without bowing and genuflecting to their cult. Congratulations! You’ve drawn their ire and resentment because of your success, because you don’t hate yourself enough to their liking, and because they don’t control you yet. …

Rather: Healing From the Belief that You Need to be Healed From Internalized Whiteness

I wrote a satirical piece last week about social justice con-men using racist SJW ideology to make money off of people who have bought into it and are seeking absolution for their perceived sins of whiteness or maleness or some other kind of “privilege.” Perhaps one of the grossest of these indoctrination seminars is the “Healing From Internalized Whiteness” 3-Day Training offered by Everyday Feminism. Cough up $475 — $600 and you too can learn the ideologically correct answers to these burning questions from their website, below.

In the interest of keeping you from becoming the monster you fight (for…

An Illustration in SJW Convergence

By now you’ve probably seen the new woke Gillette commercial, and heard that people are of two minds on it. Supposedly they either think it’s “necessary” and “empowering” or they’re “outraged.”

Gillette’s new woke ad….excuse me, “short film”

I believe it’s neither necessary nor empowering, but I’m not outraged. In fact, most of the people who don’t like the ad haven’t seemed outraged to me. Are some people so? Sure. But you can do a lot to disregard criticism by painting it all as outrage. Personally, I’m fascinated. I think it’s a good illustration of the SJW Convergence that is…
